Μετα απο διαμαρτυρία-αντιδραση υδραυλικου καζολη, ο οποιος θεαματικα αρχισε να βαδιζει πανω στο υγρο μπετο προσπαθωντας να εμποδισει παρανομη στρωση-φραξιμο απορροης βροχινων νερων σε ενα απο τα λιγα κεντρικα σημεια συγκεντρωσεως ΟΛΩΝ των νερων απο τη Μύρινα....

...Το εργο σταματησε με ενα τμημα στη μεση του δρομου χωρις ασφαλτο !! Γιατι αραγε ?

Διοτι ενα τμημα στο οποιο συσσωρρευονταν βροχινα νερα ΕΙΧΕ ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΚΛΙΣΗ - διαφορα υψους στη σωληνα....

Π.χ. Νερα απο το ύψος 'Νεφελης' στο κάστρο και απο αυτο το υψομετρο κατευθυνονται στην κεντρικη αγορα, στη συννέχεια κατεβαίνουν στη διασταύρωση Ρ.ΚΟΨΙΔΗ- ΓΑΡΟΦΑΛΙΔΗ ( πρωην καφενειο ' αχινος ' ) και απο εκει προχωρουν στο στενο απεναντι απο τον 'Πλατανο' ( με εξοδο στη γωνια Αγροτικης τραπεζας ) οπου και συναντουν τον κεντρικο σωληνα που τα κατευθυνει στη ΓΕΦΥΡΑ / ποταμι ( πανε θαλασσα με λιγα λογια.... ).

Επισης διαμαρτυρια- ΣΚΑΝΔΑΛΟ αφου ο εργολαβος ειδε το προβλημα και ΔΕΝ πηρε ευθύνη ισχυριζομενος ' καθετος δρομος ' στην ΚΑΡΑΤΖΑ ( προεκταση Π.ΚΥΔΑ ) και δεν ητανε στα σχεδια που καλυπτει το εργο που ανελαβε.

Ο εργοδηγος καλεσε την αστυνομια η οποια κατεφθασε ακρως καθυστερημενα και εκανε εκληση στον ανω υδραυλικο προς αποχωρηση απο το υγρο τσιμεντο ενημερωνωντας τον για αυτοφορη διαδικασια. Εκει εφτασα αρχικα εγω, οπου η συζυγος του, δικηγορος, ενημερωνε το Α.Τ. μυρινας διοτι ο ο εργολαβος ΔΕΝ ειχε δικαιωμα συνεχισης του εργου χωρις παρουσια αρχιτεκτονα απο το Δ.Μ.

Κληθηκε ο Δήμαρχος αλλα ΛΟΥΗΣ, οπως και η αρχιτεκτων-επιβλεπουσα του εργου.... Μετα κατεφθασε αλλος ενας ανημερωτος και κατσουφιασμενος αντιδημαρχος 1 ( κρυσταλλας ) ο οποιος πεταξε αλλη μια γελοια απαντηση -εκτος θεματος- ' αυτο θα σηκωθει και αλλο μεχρι το υψος πεζουλας ' και εγινε ο χαμος !

Μετα κατεφθασε Βουλγαροπουλος με εμπειρια.... αρχισανε χωρις τον αρχιτεκτονα παλι τα ' αυριο ελα σκαψε εδω κλπ ' οποτε καλα εκανε και εφυγε και η επιβλεπων..... αχρηστη ειναι ετσι και αλλιως....

Στη συννεχεια εφτασε αντιδημαρχος Νο2. ( Καργας ) αυτος δε μιλαγε καν λογω θεματος ' 21 οκτωβριου ' που αρχισε και το ρεπορταζ.... πεταξε αργοτερα κατι ηλιθιες προτασεις, αλλος ενας ασχετος .... και πηγανε για συμβουλιο στις 18:00 στο δημαρχειο.

After a petition-activism by professional plumber Kazolis who started stepping on wet concrete layering of the street-renovation/ construction team in order to stop illegal blocking of underground rain water carriage pipe system, in one of the few central water collection points of Myrina city, the ganger called the police station demanding the exit of activist from the concrete.

The works stopped completely at a specific point in the middle of concrete progress ! Why this ?

Because repair by the constructor would be impossible without breaking the remaining concrete layered after that junction according to citizen. The specific point according to citizen's claims and his professional experience as plumber, does gather ALL rain water from a vast city region and has extreme inclinations and would not be possible for the main street pipe to level with joining street non-existent draining pipe system.

For example, Rain water from higher altitude city areas such as 'Nefeli cafe' at the castle, start moving downwards and direct to the crossroad junction of former cafe 'ahinos' at R.Kopsidi and Garofalidi street. Then they direct towards the ' Platanos ' restaurant passing by the small street that leads to the corner of Agriculture bank of greece. There they meet the main street water pipe system which in turn will transfer them to the bridge / river that exits to the sea.

The ganger called the police which arrived very late to the call and demanded the plumber to leave and stop stepping on the wet concrete otherwise he would carry police court procedures. This is the point where I initially arrived. His wife a solicitor, informed the local Police the constructor did NOT have right to continue layering cement without the presence of the city hall's supervising architect.

The major, Skamagkis, as well as the supervising architect appointed by cityhall was called to arrive on location, however they both did not appear at all.... After a while another uninformed deputy major-No1, Krystallas, came on location face-down with his ridiculous answers, always missinformed, explaining the street base layer will rise higher than expected and citizens reactions followed the chaos of his declerations !

Then experienced Voulgaropoulos arrived.... they started action without the presence of the supervising architect and misinformed, deciding ' do this and that ' for the coming morning. The supervising architect under such irrelevant decisions is indeed useless and according to my opinion she did the best for her by leaving the place....

Moreover, deputy major-No2 (Kargas) arrived. He did not even say a word on this due to the '21 october dislocation day' the starting point of this photojournalism essay.... He later decided talking uninformed and giving his stupid point of view, another irrelevant person.... and left for the 18:00 meeting of the board at the cityhall.

This is a demonstration-Scandal as the ganger saw the problem and did NOT take responsibility, claiming that the small street is 'vertical street' to Karatza street (extending P.Kida str.) therefore, non-existent in his plans and out of responsibility.

Oct 21 2009. The first concrete / cement layering on street to serve as base for layering the stone on it, started ! However, at night the situation showed the real problem this island is facing at the moment for me. AGED AUTHORITIES !

Constructor and cityhall personel did not even care to ADD A SAFETY SIGN OR INSTALL PEDESTRIAN PASSAGES TO AID THE MOVES OF EVERYDAY CITIZEN LIFE !

They decided to add obstacles and BLOCK the pedestrians from moving in the wet concrete street ! Then they took their possitions at about 21:00 with music and chairs, waiting opposite the only entrances to the market and were shouting as cockney authorites or a shpeheard calling his sheep !

They ought to control and oblidge the constructor and rest of architects responsible for this shity situation to maintain the contract terms which I assume contained a high level access and citizen protection scheme.

This is the dislocation of the postmodern lemnos.
